Description: Effective project management will both benefit your ongoing research projects, as well as your long-term career development. With this introduction, participants will be familiar with most basic project management concepts (e.g. including goal-setting, stakeholder analysis, deliverables, milestones, Gantt charts, quality management, progress monitoring, etc.). Moreover, participants will be able to immediately apply them to their own situation and research projects.
